Etrop Grange Wedding Photography
Welcome to my latest wedding blog on Etrop Grange Wedding Photography. The Etrop Grange hotel is situated beside Manchester airport and is considered to be the Airport’s upmarket airport hotel. If you are well to do, this is the hotel you stay at while waiting for your first class flight to before flying to some luxury tropical destination, first class of course! It is therefore a perfect venue for wedding photography and most of all a delightful environment to celebrate your nuptials.
Our bride and groom picked the venue due to its beautiful gardens and cosy feel. They knew that their etrop grange wedding photography would therefore turn out to be stunning – as it did!
This wedding was especially nice as it was a beautifully sunny day, therefore producing some exceptional lighting for wedding photography. The day started off with me photographing the bridal preparations and our bride had 7 bridesmaids in total! They were all excited and also nervous to celebrate with Kim and Gaz on their big day.
After photographing Kim with her bridesmaids and also the father of the bride, I headed down to the ceremony room. There, I caught some lovely moments with our handsome, but also rather nervous groom Gaz. With him was his best man and also the rest of the wedding guests. There certainly was a feeling of excitement in the air, almost palpable!
Natural Moments, Never Posed
After a beautiful ceremony we then headed outside for some group photographs against a stunning backdrop of bright blue skies. I always keep my camera ready in between group shots, as it is often in these “in-between” moments that I can capture a more relaxed and candid group shot. Afterwards, I took the happy couple to a local park for some intimate couple’s shots. Here, I asked our bride and groom to simply have a nice walk as newlyweds. They stopped occasionally for a quick cuddle, and so allowing me to create the most beautiful wedding photographs. Nothing posed or unnatural.
The evening then continued with a beautiful wedding breakfast. The food was nothing short of spectacular, exactly what you would expect from probably one of the finest wedding venues in Cheshire. In addition, the speeches were absolutely hilarious, with some of the wedding guests actually crying with laughter! One of my favourite photographs from this lovely wedding at etrop grange was one of the guests jokingly proposing to his girlfriend with a haribo engagement ring!
Just before the first dance, I got down on the floor and photographed the kids at the wedding. As they danced on the dancefloor, they eventually came over to me and I got some amazing photographs. Kids photography it’s easy for me as I’ve got two of my own, I just pull daft faces and blow raspberries!
I hope you enjoy the photographs below. Most of all, if you are planning a wedding at Etrop Grange, then please do get in touch with me to discuss your Etrop Grange wedding photography – I’ll be more than happy to help.
